We’re always looking to improve and the best way to do this is to consult with those who use our services.

Sometimes what you expect and what we think you expect can differ, which is why we’re undertaking the process of updating our customer service charter to ensure we can continue to meet your expectations and requirements.

The idea of a customer service charter is to provide a framework to consult with our customers, providing us with a way in which to measure and assess performance. It also creates more transparency, telling you what standards you can expect and how we’ve performed against them. And if we haven’t met them, what we’re doing to improve.

Ultimately this exercise is designed to update our customer service charter to increase your satisfaction.
