Named Supplier on Joint Consortia Framework Agreement

DAWSON BOOKS ANNOUNCED AS ONE OF THE TOP RANKING QUALITY SUPPLIERS ON NEW JOINT CONSORTIA FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Dawson Books Ltd is pleased to announce their continued listing on the new Joint Consortia Framework Agreement for the supply of Print Books, Ebooks, Standing Orders and Related Materials. The contract will commence on 1st August 2017 and run for a minimum period of two years.

Dawson Books Ltd, part of the Connect Books group, has been selected as a named supplier for the following Lots:

  • Lot 1: English Language Print Books
  • Lot 2: Mainland European Language Print Books (which incorporates Dawson Books, Houtschild International Booksellers and Erasmus Boekhandel)
  • Lot 3: Standing Orders
  • Lot 4.1: E-books for library access via our own ebook platform, dawsonera
  • Lot 4.3: E-books for library access via Patron Driven Acquisition
  • Lot 6: English Language Print Books – for Departmental/Non-Library purchases

Dawson scored particularly highly on the quality of their offer across the framework Lots, demonstrating our continued commitment to offer extensive, high-quality service support to libraries across England and Wales in their challenge to achieve the very best value and efficiency in acquisitions workflows.

Wordery, which offers a direct-to-consumer online service, and Dawson Books will be looking for opportunities to work together in order to deliver the best value solutions for our customers and their patrons under this framework.
